Needles 'n' Notions
Two 4 mm(US 6) knitting needles or size to obtain gauge.
Four 3 mm(US 2 1/2) double-pointed and four 3.5 m (US 4) double-pointed needles or size to obtain gauge. Waste yarn, markers, darning needle.
Gauge - Mittens & Hat
Thumb: 30 sts and 40 rnds = 4"/10 cm with 3 mm(US 2 1/2) needles in stockinette stitch.
Cuff: 36 sts and 40 rnds = 4"/10 cm with 3 mm(US 2 1/2) needles in reversible baby cable.
Body: 36 sts = 4"/10 cm with 3.5 mm(US 4) needles in Tweed Pattern.
Gauge - Scarf
36 sts and 30 rows = 4"/10 cm with 4 mm(US 6) needles in reversible baby cable.
